License Agreement

Paul Gregory agrees to grant a limited license to the purchaser to allow the publication of electronic (C)Copyrighted images (the material) on up to ten publications from the date of purchase to perpetuity, subject to the terms and conditions below. The License is automatically revoked if the Licensee declares bankruptcy, obtains a refund of the product payment, or causes the product payment to become invalid through any action, such as fraudulent use or credit card chargeback

1) This license allows the purchaser to publish the material in up to ten publications.

2) The purchaser may crop, re-size or censor the images and may add promotional text and/or descriptions. The purchaser agrees that distribution of the images is restricted.

3) The material may not be distributed on diskettes, CDroms, or other storage media. Such distribution would be a direct violation of this license agreement.

4) The material may be re-sized, cropped and renamed. File format and compression ratio can also be altered. The material may not be morphed.

5) This agreement may be amended by the company having given seven days written notice to all previous purchasers, however the company reserves the right not to enforce new amendments on existing license holders.

6) This agreement supersedes and replaces all previous arrangements and agreements between the company and the purchaser - be them oral or written.

7) In the event that a Court of law should find one of the terms of this agreement unenforceable, the rest of the agreement shall remain in force and the company reserves the right to amend the agreement so that said term is revised so as to be enforceable.

8) Paul Gregory may revoke at any time this license agreement if the purchaser is found to be in violation of any of the provisions as stated in this agreement. In such an instance the purchaser must remove all material from their publications immediately and may still face prosecution for breach of contract or violation of (C)Copyright law.
